Please participate in the beautiful tradition of the Sunday Family Harvest Offering. This is an occasion for an individual, family or group to make a special thanksgiving offerings on any of the Sundays leading up to the Thanksgiving Harvest day. It is a time to give thanks to God for the blessings |
received, especially over the past year- and it would mean that you would invite extended family & friends to join you on that day in processing to the altar to present your offerings during the Offeratory of the Mass. We just have 8 Sundays for this. Please call the office 973-623-0258 if you would like to participate.

However, the weekly Sunday group meetings on Zoom with Fr Joseph are "for men only". The journey (prayers and readings) started yesterday Feb 15, but it is not too late to join and catch up. The Consecration date is on March 19, the feast of St Joseph .More info inside.

REMINDERS:
-This Sunday, Dec 20 is our annual Christmas gift-giving & caroling outreach! Join us as we sing carols and give out gifts to families in our neighborhood. Please pray for good weather and plowed streets for Sunday!
-This Sunday, please bring Christmas Poinsettia flowering pots to church to decorate our altar. These will be presented as an offering during the Presentation of Gifts at Holy Mass

Announcements Dec 6, 2020
1. Please pick up gift tags for our Giving Tree. These gifts will be distributed during our Christmas Caroling Gift-Giving Outreach on Sunday afternoon, Dec 20 to benefit our brothers and sisters in the neighborhood.
Take as many tags as you can gets: the more gifts you donate, the more Christmas presents we will have to hand out. Please bring your wrapped (& labeled) gifts by next Sunday, Dec 13.
2. The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is this Tuesday, Dec 8. The Solemnity Masses will be at 12noon & 7pm- both in-person, and only the 7pm Mass will be live-streamed. This is normally a Holy Day of Obligation.
3. This Saturday, December 12th is the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Patroness of All the America’s. The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, from just around the block, will be our guests for a special event in our main church that day in honor of Our Lady. At 11:30am we will pray the Rosary together. At 12noon Fr Francis Mary will celebrate Mass in Spanish. The Friars will lead the music during the Mass and then lead a procession in the streets with an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Come and join this special occasion to honor Our Lady and to reach out to our brothers and sisters around us.
4. This Sunday is “Bring Your Baby Jesus to Church Day!” The Third Sunday of Advent marks John Paul II's beloved tradition of 'Bambinelli Sunday.' Bring the baby Jesus from the Nativity scene in your home to church next Sunday for blessing .
5. Due to the recent increase of covid cases, our weekly prayer meetings on Wednesdays and Saturdays will be totally on line for the rest of this month.
6. We always need help decorating for Christmas. Please stay after Mass today to help set up the Christmas Manger.

4. This Sunday is “Bring Your Baby Jesus to Church Day!” The Third Sunday of Advent marks John Paul II's beloved tradition of 'Bambinelli Sunday.' Bring the baby Jesus from the Nativity scene in your home to church next Sunday for blessing .
5. Due to the recent increase of covid cases, our weekly prayer meetings on Wednesdays and Saturdays will be totally on line for the rest of this month.
6. We always need help decorating for Christmas. Please stay after Mass today to help set up the Christmas Manger.
